What counts as an email?↓
Each individual recipient email sent counts as one email toward your daily limit. Follow-up emails count too.
Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?↓
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Do you offer annual billing?↓
Yes — annual billing gives you 2 months free (pay for 10, get 12). Contact us to switch.
What happens if I hit my daily limit?↓
Sending stops for that day and resumes automatically the next day. Campaigns pick up where they left off.
Is there a free trial for Pro?↓
Yes — Pro and Team both come with a 7-day free trial. No credit card required to start.
Do I need a Claude or Anthropic account for AI features?↓
No. CMass has its own Anthropic API key and handles all Claude API calls on your behalf. Claude AI is included in Pro and Team plans — there's nothing to sign up for or configure on your end.
What does the Team plan actually share?↓
More than a contact list. Team gives every seat one shared pool of contacts plus the relationship history behind them — engagement, scores, and touchpoints from any teammate's campaigns. If a colleague already emailed a prospect, you see that context instead of cold-emailing them again. An unsubscribe or bounce from anyone protects the whole team, and a team dashboard rolls up everyone's campaign results in one place.
How do team seats and invites work?↓
The Team plan includes up to 5 seats (you plus 4 teammates). The owner invites people by email from the CMass panel; each invitee gets a join link and is added the moment they accept — no extra charge per seat within the plan. You can remove members or cancel pending invites anytime, and a member who leaves reverts to their own solo account with their contacts intact.
